The Choice

Deepest darkness, endless night
Filled with constant dread and fright
Zero chance of any light.
Think of it...Hell.

Pain that never goes away
Hopelessness that comes to stay
Emptiness and deep dismay.
Think of it...Hell.

Anger, hatred, rage within
The product of a life of sin
And never will relief begin.
Think of it...Hell.

All alone, without a friend
A loneliness that will not end
So deep we cannot comprehend
Think of it...Hell.

Deep despair, eternal cry
A torment that will never die
Thoughts that only horrify.
Think of it...Hell.

Nothing that can e'er console
The torment of a human soul
Incarcerated in Sheol.
Think of it...Hell.

The destination of mankind
The place to which he's been assigned
Unless the Savior he will find
Think of it...Hell
God sent His Son to pay the price
God's perfect Son, our Sacrifice
That we might go to paradise.
Think of it...Heaven.

With streets of gold, eternal day
With peace and love that cannot stray
And bodies that will not decay.
Think of it...Heaven.

Joy and singing, no despair
Contentment that is everywhere
Fulfillment because God is there.
Think of it...Heaven.

The choice is yours while yet you live
For God, His Son for sin did give;
If you repent, He will forgive.
Think of it...Forgiveness.

Believe Christ came and died for you
And from your sins He will rescue
As He becomes your Savior true.
Think of it...Salvation.

The choice is yours, where will you be
When death knocks at the door for thee?
Where will you spend eternity?
Heaven...or Hell?
